Booking Information 2009
Prices are in euros (€) per house per week, including normal use of electricity and water.Deposit / Security is 250, - euro by one accommodation / house. Among those rental terms apply.
After leaving the house cleaned. The cleaning costs (65, - euro per house) are already included in the rent. On the day of departure, the house you have clean, uncluttered and (broom) clean after normal use. Saturday, arrival after 16.00 pm, departure before 10.00 hours.
Pillows and duvets are available, you must have linen and towels for theBeds, bathroomAndKitchen with you. Occupation: Maison Larnolia up to 8 persons and Maison Linchel up to 6 people.
50% of the rent you within 8 days after reservation date to comply after receipt of this deposit is your reservation established / made. The remaining 50% of the rent + Deposit 250, - euro you pay 6 weeks before arrival date. If the reservation date is within 6 weeks of arrival then the full rental fee + Deposit 250, - euro at one time to be paid.
If there or none calamaliteiten and / or damage(s) the Deposit of 250, - euro within 14 days after departure date will be refunded to your bank.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in both holiday homes.
When you receive your travel documents there is also a precise itinerary included. By arrival on Domaine La Vigerie Nuyte you will receive the keys over and get information about your holiday home and the use of the facilities.
